Pre-hee-storic fun day at Mill Gate

Families are invited to a FREE prehistoric-themed event at Mill Gate on Friday 23 February.

There will be comedy cavemen, a stone age craft workshop and a visit from a Tyrannosaurus Rex. The free event is on from 10.30am to 2.30pm.

Children will love Rex the T Rex. At 8ft tall and 17 foot from his nose to the tip of his tail the animatronic dinosaur is thrilling to see. He will be making three 30 minute appearances in Schorndorf Square during the event.

There will be comedy walkabouts from the Pre Hee Men in their specially themed chariot complete with stone age music and sound effects. The nutty Neanderthals will be popping up around Mill Gate trying to get youngsters to join their clan.

Children can get creative at the Prehistoric craft workshop making dinosaurs, woolly mammoths, sabre toothed tigers and cavemen masks and clubs.

And there will be a ‘spot the lot’ trail to find eight cavemen hidden in shop windows to win a treat.
